This hotel is on the Schuylkill River and less than a mile walk to Manayunk, one of our favorite neighborhoods in Philadelphia! Main Street Manayunk has several bars, restaurants, and shops. The hotel has free parking and is a 25 minute drive to the wedding venue. Center City Hotels

Center city is not as close to the venue, but it's perfect if you want to explore Philadelphia! There are several hotels in center city, but here are some we've had visitors stay at before: Loews Hotel, Aloft Downtown, Residence Inn Center City, Marriott Old City.

Flight

Philadelphia International Airport (PHL)

This is Philadelphia's main airport. American Airlines has direct flights from Grand Rapids (GRR) or Birmingham (BHM) to Philadelphia, and both are around 2 hours. If you are staying in center city, you can take the SEPTA Regional Rail Airport line to either Suburban or Jefferson Station. If you are staying at one of the Bala Cynwyd/City Ave hotels, an Uber is the quickest option.

Train

Amtrak

Our Amtrak station is William H. Gray III 30th St. Station. If you are coming from the east coast, this is a great option. Prices increase a lot as the travel date gets closer, so it's best to book this early! This is also a SEPTA Regional Rail station, so you can easily travel to different parts of the city.

Driving/Parking in Philadelphia

If you are driving during your time here, please be careful! Driving in the city can get a little crazy. Parking can be difficult to find in some areas, and paid hotel parking is often expensive. Uber/Lyft are quick and easy if you want to avoid dealing with driving/parking!
