While we love your little ones, all weekend activities are adults only. Should you need babysitting services for any duration of your trip, you can check out local Napa sitters at: https://www.sittercity.com/ or https://www.care.com/
If you're flying to California, we recommend booking flights to SFO, OAK, or SMF. From there, you can rent a car and drive to the Napa area. This drive can take ~1.5-2.5 hours depending on the location, day of the week, or time of the day given traffic. If you're flying from the same place as family or friends, you could try to coordinate arrival and departure times to make this roadtrip a bit more enjoyable.
Yes, there will be parking available at the venue for the whole weekend if you choose to stay at the Harvest Inn. If you are staying elsewhere and driving to the venue on Saturday, there will also be parking available for the duration of the event. If you plan on taking advantage of the open bar, we recommend using Uber or Lyft to get from your accommodations to the venue. Please be sure to leave plenty of time, as rides in the area might be busy.
For the welcome reception on Friday, the dress code is casual. On Saturday, the dress code is formal - think: suit and tie for men and long dresses for women. The majority of Saturday's events will be outside and on cobblestone or grass. While the weather should be warm, you might want to bring a jacket for the evening. Please also bring your sunglasses for the ceremony, as it will be bright!
