Plus ones are only included if listed on your invitation. If a guest is invited, their name will appear on the envelope.

We have room blocks reserved at The Ballard Hotel & Ballard Inn. Details and booking links will become available on our Travel & Accommodations page. We will also provide details for additional nearby hotels (without room blocks).

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place on a covered rooftop. The space protects guests from the elements while still offering an open air feel.

What will the weather be like?

September in Seattle is generally mild, with daytime temperatures in the upper 60s to low 70s and cooler evenings. A light layer is recommended once the sun sets.

Is there parking at the venue?

Yes - there is a parking garage located beneath the building, as well as limited street parking in the surrounding area.
