Where should I stay?

We’ve reserved room blocks at both the Ballard Hotel (the wedding venue) ($430/night) and the Ballard Inn next door ($120/night), with limited rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis. To book either hotel, please call 206-260-2019 and mention you’re with the Andi & Tony wedding room block.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones are only included if listed on your invitation. If a guest is invited, their name will appear on the envelope.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive 30 minutes before the ceremony to allow time for parking and seating.

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place on a covered rooftop. The space protects guests from the elements while still offering an open air feel.

What will the weather be like?

September in Seattle is generally mild, with daytime temperatures in the upper 60s to low 70s and cooler evenings. A light layer is recommended once the sun sets.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes - there is a parking garage located beneath the building, as well as limited street parking in the surrounding area.
