Question

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

The cocktail mingle begins at 5:00 PM. You're welcome to arrvive anytime between 5:00-5:30PM. Important: GPS will bring you to the start of the venue entrance - it takes approximately 4 minutes to reach the reception space once you arrive. Please plan ahead and be seated by 5:30 PM.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RVSP via online (use the RSVP link in your email from Paperless Post) no later than Friday, April 3, 2026.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We are registered through HoneyFund (linked under the Registry tab), but we are also grateful for cash gifts, if you prefer.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We absolutely love your little ones, but this is an adults-only (age 25+) celebration so parents can enjoy the night off.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Each invitation allows for up to two guests total. Married or partnered guests will see their partner listed on the invitation. If you are attending solo or choose not to bring the person listed, you are welcome to bring one guest of your choice. Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate more than two people per invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail & garden attire encouraged - but above all, be comfortable and have fun! If you'd like to coordinate with our wedding palette, we chose cream, khaki, dusty rose, sage, and deep green.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please let us know as far in advance as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes - there will be plenty of parking available on-site.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! There is a shuttle leaving from Hotel 24 South in Staunton at 4:30pm for the event. Return trips as needed with the last shuttle leaving the venue at 10:10pm.
