**Arrival & Ceremony Details** Please arrive at Villa Mandarinas by **4:30 PM** at the latest, as the ceremony will begin promptly at **5:00 PM**. The venue includes a number of stairs from the entrance down to the ceremony site, so allow extra time to get settled. **Attire Note for Ladies** Some dinner tables will be set on the lawn, so please keep in mind that heels may sink into the grass when walking to and from your seat. **Cocktail Hour & Dinner Selection** Cocktail hour will begin at 5:30 pm, or earlier when the ceremony is done. During cocktail hour, there will be passed appetizers featuring seafood, meat, and vegetarian options. When making your meal selection below, please note that you are **choosing both an appetizer and an entrée.**

Post Wedding Day Boat Cruise We’ve reserved a boat for the entire wedding to enjoy together! On board, we’ll have light snacks, water, cocktails, and beer available. The boat will depart from Puerto Mágico, which is located between downtown and the airport. Please be aware that traffic through downtown can be heavy, so plan your travel time accordingly.
