The venue does not have a wheelchair ramp however there is a accessible path to the ceremony/Reception area.
The venue does have a designated smoking area for tobacco use. We ask that if possible, to use a vape versus standard cigarettes to make cleanup easier.
Of course! We would like all our guests to be able to relax and have a fantastic time. At 8pm children under age 13 will be asked to remain in one of our designated children's area. This will include two rooms with tv's where the kiddos can watch movies and rest. As well as a outdoor bounce house with yard games.
While we invite you to bring board games or video games for your child we do ask that no coloring materials be brought to the venue to avoid any accidents.
We have hired three young adults to manage each of our kid's areas. On your RSVP we ask that you indicate the number of children under the age of 13 so we may make sure we hire more staff should that be needed.
Yes! We have hired a bartender for the wedding. We are providing signature drinks, beer, and wine coolers. The bar will close 30 minutes before the end of the reception.
Yes! We are also currently working on a plan to get safe travel options in place for those who plan to drink! We want everyone to enjoy themselves responsibly.
