Our love story began like many modern-day romances, with a swipe! After texting for a few weeks, Cody and I met up for our first date where we grabbed margaritas and Mexican food at the Pearl. Little did we know that this was our favorite spot in the city and a place we would end up visiting weekly to walk along the river, grab drinks, and enjoy the scenery. On our first date we discovered we had a mutual love for traveling, good food, and new experiences. We hit it off and the rest is history!

This past October, we took a week long trip to Madrid, Cody's favorite city. On our first day there, at our hotel overlooking Plaza de Santa Ana, Cody asked me to be part of his forever. It was such a special moment with just the two of us! After the proposal, Cody arranged for a romantic golden hour photoshoot where we walked all throughout the city taking pictures. I was so excited that we were able to share such a special moment in Cody’s favorite place. We spent the next week exploring Spain and beginning to plan the next chapter of our lives.
