Will dinner be served at the Welcome Party?

We will have light bites throughout the party!

Wedding Attire?

Answer

Dress to impress! Gentlemen are welcome to wear a black tux or a black suit. Ladies can choose a long dress in any color, especially fun spring shades.

Welcome party attire?

Answer

Cocktail attire. The venue will be indoors at the baseball stadium. Men are encouraged to wear a sports coat. Ladies are welcome to wear dresses of any length or color.

What should we do between the ceremony and cocktail hour?

Answer

We encourage guests to explore all Charleston has to offer. The Church is right off King Street in the heart of downtown with plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Please also feel free to go back to your accommodations between, but plan to be at the venue right at 5PM to get the party started!!

What time should we be at the Church on Saturday?

Answer

Please plan on being at St. Patrick’s no later than 1:45PM. The ceremony will begin promptly at 2PM and the doors will be closed.

Will there be parking at the Welcome Party?

Answer

Yes! There is a dedicated lot for the venue if you prefer driving.

Is there parking for the Wedding ceremony and reception?

Answer

The church has a dedicated parking lot for the ceremony. The reception venue does not have attached parking, but there are public lots nearby. We would recommend parking at the Visitor Center Lot or Garage, if you need to drive.
