The parking lot is very small, we are trying to rent a parking lot from the nearby college, it would be a short walk to the venue. We do recommend car pooling or taking an uber.
There are a lot of hotels near the airport which is around a 20 minute drive to the venue. If you have any questions on where to stay text either one of us. We are happy to help out.
We would recommend being there at least 40 minutes early to make sure you can find parking unless you are taking an uber than we would recommend coming 20 minutes early
The reception will be held in the same place as the ceremony. It'll take about 30 minutes for the transition to happen, you will be able to mingle with other guests during that time. After the transition happens there will be Hors d'oeuvre and drinks available while the wedding party and family are taking pictures.
We will be serving pasta and salad for lunch. There will also be snacks directly after the ceremony while we are taking photos. Please let us know if you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions so we can accommodate.
The dress code is semi formal. As we will be outdoors we do not expect suits, just nice dress shirts. There is also a bit of a walk from the front to where the ceremony and reception is being held so keep that in mind when picking your shoes.
Due to the small size of the venue there is unfortunately unable to give everyone a plus one. It'll be stated on your invitation whether or not you have one.
We love your children, but due to space restrictions we cannot accommodate guests under 12 other than immediate family.
The Crystal Springs is a smoke free venue so please do not smoke. You can leave the venue and walk to the sidewalk if need be.
We will not be having alcohol at our wedding. We will have tons of other drink options available.
Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a card box for your convenience.
