The closest airport is here in Missoula (MSO). There are car rental options as well as an airport shuttle.
Due to the small amount of traveling guests a room block is, unfortunately, not feasible. There are a quite a few options in town, some closer to the airport and one in downtown Missoula. Being a college town, there are also quite a few AirBnB options available in and around Missoula.
