First off, we'd like to say that your presence at our wedding is the greatest gift we could ask for! The time, effort and expense of traveling to be with us is something we truly appreciate, and we are so thrilled that we will be able to celebrate our special day with you. Our story began online, back in 2009, on a computer game. Blake was living in Washington State and Brittany was in Pennsylvania. After talking for a year and building a friendship and feelings for each other, they decided it was time to meet face to face. Blake flew to Pennsylvania and visited for three weeks. Brittany showed him around town and they even took a drive to Washington D.C. for a weekend to site see. Two months later Brittany flew to Washington for three weeks and Blake introduced her to lots of new things such as horseback riding, white water rafting, and hiking in the mountains. Three months later, Blake flew back to Pennsylvania and never left. Twelve years of memories later we have two beautiful children, a dog and our first house that we cannot wait to make our own filled with love and memories.

On Christmas morning 2013, Blake sat Brittany in a chair in her parent's living room and handed her a large, wrapped gift box. She unwrapped the box and opened it to find that it was filled with packing peanuts and another wrapped box. There happened to be five wrapped boxes total, all nestled inside the next box, like Russian nesting dolls, surrounded by packing peanuts. Inside the last wrapped box, Blake had taped letters spelling out “Will You Marry Me?” to the bottom of the inside of the box. In complete shock, she turned to find him down on one knee with the ring box, open, in his hand. She said yes and here we are today.
