When should I RSVP by?

Answer

To help us with our planning please RSVP as soon as possible However, our deadline is August 14th , 2026 If we do not receive your RSVP by this date, we cannot make exceptions and will have to mark you as "Will Not Attend" We need to provide our venue with a total head count in a timely manner, we hope you can understand.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We're so excited to celebrate this special day surrounded by our closest family and friends. As we're keeping it intimate, only those formally invited on your wedding invitation can be accommodated. If you have a plus one it will be noted on your invitation and when you RSVP.

Are children welcome?

Answer

For our special day, we've decided to keep our wedding adults only, with the exception of our niece and nephew, so everyone can fully relax and enjoy the evening with us.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We can't wait to see our loved ones all dressed up for our big day! Please join us in your best formal attire.

Will there be transportation to the ceremony/reception and back to the hotel?

Answer

Yes. A shuttle bus will arrive at the Embassy Hotel. First shuttle leaves at 3:30PM and Last Shuttle leaves at 4:40PM. After the wedding, shuttles will depart the venue at 9:00PM last shuttle leaves the venue at 12:00AM.

Will the Ceremony, cocktail hour and reception take place indoors or out doors?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing will be held outdoors on a rooftop, while the reception will occur mainly indoors.

What color are the bridesmaids wearing?

Answer

All of the beautiful bridesmaids will be wearing a chocolate brown dress.
