Stay Awhile: We’ve reserved a block of rooms at the Clifty Inn Hotel. The block will be held until November 30, 2026—after that, any unclaimed rooms will be released. If you go to book and see that all the rooms are taken, don’t panic—just reach out to us and we’ll make sure more rooms are added to the block.

Yes! We’ve arranged a convenient trolley service for our guests. A Madison trolley will be shuttling guests free of charge between the Clifty Inn and our reception venue throughout the evening. The final trolley departure after the celebration will be at 12:00 AM sharp, just after we welcome the New Year together. Your safety is important to us—please enjoy the night responsibly and let the trolley handle the ride.

There are also plenty of charming hotels and Airbnbs located throughout downtown Madison, Indiana if you're looking for something a little different. If you book somewhere outside of Clifty Inn, please let us know! We’ll do our best to accommodate trolley pickups and drop-offs—or find a convenient central location nearby.
