Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests attend in semi formal attire. Suits, cocktail dresses and gowns are welcome. The ceremony and reception will be held on grassy spaces, please plan shoes accordingly! It will also be early October, so long sleeves and/or layer for later in the evening is a good idea. Jewel tones encouraged! Looking for outfit inspo? What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 3:30pm to have time to find your seat. The ceremony will begin at 4pm, and out of respect for the couple and guests, late arrivals will not be allowed during the processional.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! Vegetarian options will be available in the buffet style dinner. If you have an allergy or other dietary restriction please let us know when you submit your RSVP.

When will we receive our RSVP?

Answer

We will send out official RSVPs summer 2026.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, we love our expanding circle of loved ones! However, we will not be providing babysitter services. We encourage families to do what is best for them to make sure everyone can enjoy themselves.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes. Parking is available around the Lithia Springs Resort site. Signs and staff will be available to help you navigate to the ceremony and reception area.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Anyone staying at Lithia Springs Resort will be able to take a short walk to their room. We are not providing designated transportation to Ashland Springs Hotel, which is ~10 minutes away. Please plan accordingly for safe transportation options if you are not staying on site.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Plus ones are named on your invitations. Please attend as your invitation is addressed, and reach out to us if you have questions.
