When should I book?

As soon as possible. Our weekend overlaps the Sisters Rodeo, which brings a high volume of visitors to the area.

How do I get the group rate?

Answer

Call 1-877-771-4239 and mention “Anderson–Meyers Wedding – June 12, 2026.” Please do not book online, as the group discount is only available by phone.

Can I extend my stay?

Answer

Yes. Wednesday and/or Saturday nights may be added at the same discounted rate, subject to availability. Just mention this when you call.

What is the closest airport?

Answer

Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is the closest airport to Brasada Ranch, about 25–30 minutes away. Additional travel details can be found on our Travel page.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

All wedding events will take place on the Brasada Ranch property. Transportation or shuttles will not be provided for guests staying off property.

Are events indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place at Wild Rye Lawn. Following the ceremony, guests will make their way to the barn lawn and patios for cocktail hour before heading inside the barn for dinner. Dancing will follow on the outdoor dance floor on the west barn lawn.

What will the weather be like?

June in Central Oregon is typically warm and sunny during the day, with cooler temperatures in the evening. Light layers are recommended after sunset.

Is there parking available?

Yes, there is ample parking at Brasada Ranch near the Ranch House and Barn venues.

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than April 12, 2026, to help us finalize event details. If your plans change after responding, just let us know.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive by 3:45 pm to allow time for parking, greeting friends, and finding your seat before the ceremony begins.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire. We encourage guests to embrace lighter tones and seasonal colors that reflect the high desert landscape and time of year. For women, midi-length dresses with heels (block heels or wedges work best on lawn areas) and a wrap or pashmina for the evening chill. For men, tailored suits with dress shirts and polished shoes such as oxfords or loafers. Ties are not required. Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If your invitation includes a guest, you will see space to add their name when you RSVP. Otherwise, your invitation will list the exact names of those invited.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

We warmly welcome lap infants who can be held or cared for by a parent throughout the event. We’re also happy to include older children at the welcome reception, ceremony, and cocktail hour. However, we’ve made the decision not to accommodate children who would typically require a separate kids’ table for the reception. While we love your little ones, the number of children in that age group is just too large for us to host everyone comfortably. Thank you for understanding as we work to create the best experience for all our guests! For childcare needs, Brasada Ranch recommends Snappy Sitters, a local childcare agency.
