Question

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

As stated on both the save the date and the invitation, our wedding will be adults only (18+). We appreciate you making childcare arrangements in advance. We kindly ask all guests to respect our decision in this matter.

Question

Can an exception be made for my child?

Answer

In order to keep the "Adults Only" rule fair to everyone, no exceptions will be made.

Question

Are pets welcome?

Answer

Pets are NOT allowed at our venue. The only animals permitted are SERVICE animals. Emotional support animals are not permitted either.

Question

Can I have an exception to the pet rule?

Answer

In order to keep the rules fair to everyone, there will be no exceptions.

Question

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

As stated on both the save the date and the invitation, this will be a dry wedding. Our venue does NOT permit any outside alcohol. If anyone is caught with alcohol or any substance, they will immediately have it confiscated by staff. Any refusal to hand over alcohol or substances will result in a guest being told to leave. Any refusal to leave will result in the staff contacting police and possible arrest. We kindly ask all guests to respect our decision in this matter.

Question

Will this be a religious ceremony/event?

Answer

Due to both of our personal beliefs, we have decided that this will be a 100% civil ceremony and reception. Guests are more than welcome to pray amongst themselves in their seats or at their tables, but there will be NO group prayer at any time. We ask guests to kindly respect our wishes.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Black Tie OR Formal (Tuxedo optional but NOT required). Examples of Black Tie and/or Formal are floor-length gowns, jumpsuits, skirt suits, suits, and tuxedos. Please do not wear jeans, baseball caps, sneakers, sweatpants, basketball shorts, and of course, please do not wear white.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unless explicitly stated on the invitation that you have received a plus one, the invitation is only extended to who it is addressed to.

Question

I did not receive a plus one, can I still bring a date?

Answer

If you did not receive a plus one and the envelope does not say "and guest" or have another name it is addressed to, then you did not receive a plus one and you are not permitted to bring a date.

Question

Can I have an exception to the plus one rule?

Answer

In order to be fair to all guests, no exceptions will be made. If you were not given a plus one then you do not get to bring a plus one.

Question

I did not RSVP, can I still attend the ceremony and the reception?

Answer

Unfortunately, if you do not RSVP before the deadline (October 4, 2024 at 11:59pm) we cannot accommodate you and you will not be able to attend either event.

Question

I put my RSVP in but did not RSVP my plus one, can I still bring a plus one?

Answer

IF you were given a plus one, and you did not put an RSVP in for that plus one by the deadline (October 4, 2024 at 11:59pm) then they will not be able to attend.

Question

Can I have an exception to the RSVP rule?

Answer

In order to keep the rules fair to everyone, no exceptions will be made. Please RSVP by October 4, 2024 at 11:59pm.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive promptly by 9:30am.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Parking is in a side lot to the right of the Grand Halle. We ask that guests carpool together if possible due to limited parking spaces.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course! Please contact Nick (814-418-2545) or Kim (215-475-0316). We are more than happy to accommodate our guests for ANY dietary needs.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
