Meeting on a dating app wasn't our idea of a romantic meet-cute for a forever relationship. Something about our profiles drew us together, from easy late-night conversations to dates that we never wanted to end. We knew that this was not going to be just summer love. It also helped that we shared a love of nature and travel. From the cities of Japan to the frozen mountains of Colorado and the beaches of the flordabama shore, we love to burn up some PTO. Even in stressful situations, we find the humor that has us falling in love with each other all over again. You learn a lot about a person when you have to unexpectedly drive cross-country in a snowstorm, figure out DIY home improvements or navigate the Tokyo rail system. Each time we hit a challenge, we laughed and found excitement in it. We can't wait to navigate this next adventure of marriage with the same joy and lightness.
