Hilton Garden Inn Auburn

We have reserved a block of rooms here for our guests coming from out of town or who may like to stay overnight. The hotel is 17 minutes from the venue and transportation will be provided from hotel to the venue for the ceremony and back to the hotel following the reception. There will be parking across from the venue for those who wish to drive themselves. Don't forget to use the discount code to ensure you get the group rate! Shuttle

Shuttle from the Hilton Garden Inn to the Venue

July 24, 2024 3:00 pm - 12:00 am

A shuttle will be available at the Hilton Garden Inn for guests who do not want to drive to and from the venue. The shuttle will run every 30 minutes from the hotel to the venue starting at 3PM. The shuttle will also be running following the reception to return all guests back to the hotel.

The Sherwood Inn

For guests looking for a place to stay closer to the venue, The Sherwood Inn is a great option. However, we were unable to secure a group rate and no transportation will be provided to or from the venue.

Syracuse Hancock International Airport

Syracuse Hancock International Airport is a 30 minute drive from the venue and hotel accommodations. The airport also offers car rentals, taxi service and rideshare service for those who may need it.
