3:00 PM - 3:30 PM-- Ceremony
4:00 PM -- Reception Start: Light refreshments and nonalcoholic drinks provided, games and mingling.
5:00 PM -- Dinner Served: Some speeches, and games. (Cake cutting to follow)
7:00 PM -- Wrap Up
