Book a day pass at the Serenity Garden to relax and unwind! Jeff and I loved our experience and will be using it most of the week! Enjoy the various features of the garden, including their geothermal Octagon Pool fed by two hot springs rich in magnesium, potassium and calcium with a temperature range of 96-97 degrees. These same waters source the naturally pressurized Deluge Shower and the popular River Reflexology Walk with stones carefully placed to soothe and massage the 15,000 nerves in your feet. At the center of the garden is the beautiful blue Infinity Pool, heated to 85-92 degrees and the intimate hot tub which is maintained at 103 degrees. Let your tensions fade away and your muscles unwind in the Finnish sauna while your body rids itself of toxins. If you book a massage or any spa treatment, you’ll automatically receive access to the Serenity Garden!
More hot springs! Take a 50 minute soak in the iconic Warm Spring Pools. Unaffected by changes of the seasons, the waters remain at a natural body temperature all year and flow at the astounding rate of 1,700,000 gallons per day. The waters have an unusually high level of mineral content and are so crystal clear a book can easily be read through them.
Bundle up and book a tee time at one of the championship golf courses! It will be cold in January, but nothing a jacket and some drinks can’t fix! You can also reserve time at the driving range right next to the resort. Jeff would love to join you, Courtney won’t. You can find Courtney at the spa or heated pools!
It’s a winter wedding for a reason! We love skiing. Courtney grew up skiing with her family almost every year and this was a huge reason why we chose this resort. Take a 5 minute shuttle up the mountain and hit the slopes! You can ski, snowboard, snow mobile, and ice skate during the winter. If you’re not into that, have some spiked hot chocolate at the ski lodge! On our first wedding site visit, we went skiing in the morning, took a hike with our dogs, then spent the rest of the day in the hot springs to relax our sore muscles.
