Maid of Honor
Oh man where do I begin. Carly and I have been best friends since I can remember. We’ve been through all the awkward and growing phases of our lives together. Carly was always there for my crazy ideas that normally involved us getting into some sort of trouble. When I moved to PHX she was so supportive and our friendship continued to grow, just across the country. When I told Carly I met a guy, I think she was pretty skeptical. But when I continued to tell her about Bova and when she finally met him...She saw and approved of the amazing man I was falling in love with. Carly is basically a sister at this point in my life and I’m so grateful to have her by my side on this day.
Bridesmaid
Megan “Tuney” Turner came into my life in high school through a mutual friend. As the years went on we became closer and closer and eventually every weekend had us together. Almost every favorite memory I have includes Megan. She has visited every year I’ve lived in Phoenix. Her second year though, she wasn’t the only one staying at the apartment. She embraced Bova with opens arms and the two built a friendship in their own right. I’m so grateful to have a best friend like her by my side on our big day
Bridesmaid
Oh Macy! The first time we met was at one of my farm parties, that I wasn’t suppose to have, and a mutual friend brought her. Honestly from that moment on I knew this girl was going to be in my life forever. We always created the best times together, and if it wasn’t fun, Macy made anything a better time! She’s always been the one I called for advice and the one who could always cheer me up. I’m so happy our paths crossed when they did and I couldn’t imagine my day without her standing up there with me!
Bridesmaid
Jenna was my college roommate for three years! She also had a hilarious story about our first meeting.... Jenna has honestly seen the best and worse of me in those years... we learned independence together and she was my live in best friend and sister. We learned so much about life together and I’m forever grateful Valley City brought us together. I brought Bova to Valley City to meet Jenna, where she and I met. And he survived our shenanigans together that night! Jenna embraced him and loved that he was the guy to “settle me down.” I’m so lucky to have you by my side for this day in our lives!
Best Man
I don’t know how to properly express the relationship between us Jay. 4 months and 4 days apart but since we knew how to crawl we were always together. 5am hockey games as kids, Mario Party video game nights, Jimmy Buffet and captain morgan pool parties, sneaking beers at Fenway underage....I mean....what? Brothers of the same fraternity and in my life I was so honored to be there for you and Tracy. Never a doubt who I wanted as my Best Man. Thank you for being there for me!
Groomsman
Steve-O! Been in each other’s lives since our diaper days. Couldn’t count the number of funny, emotional, typical teenage boys conversations in your basement or around my fire pit. I’m so happy to have been there to see you and Trish be married and that you will be on my side for mine. Also, Steve is the first to start calling us The Bova’s and “Mrs Bova” way back in the Dominican Republic.
Groomsman
EJ! We lived in the same neighborhood for over ten years and built an amazing friendship. From hours of roller hockey outside your house, midnight pond ice hockey by moonlight, the “GuinessGods” high school champions. Not to mention how many Sunset classics at the cottage? Thank you for being a part of this day for me!
Groomsman
Matty A! Always there for a great laugh and a loyal friend. You even kept Chelsey company in the DR for 3 hours just doing Mamawanna shots in the pool bar while I was off somewhere. Very happy to have you stand with me!
