When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

RSVPs are needed no later than June 30th. Please reach out with any questions.

What's the easiest way to get to Incline Village?

Answer

We recommend flying into Reno–Tahoe International Airport. From there, renting a car will be the easiest option to get you to Lake Tahoe. For those not comfortable or able to rent a car we will be working hard to coordinate a shuttle van from the airport to Tahoe on Friday and back to the airport on Sunday. Please let us know by end of June when sending in your RSVPs if you will or will not need transportation over the weekend. Please note: getting transportation from your lodging to the wedding venue may not be possible or guaranteed.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding and reception will both be outdoors. Please bring a jacket as the evenings can get chilly.

Is the wedding kid-friendly?

Answer

All kids 18 and under are welcome to attend. Please let us know in your RSVP how many children are attending.

Are pictures allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We are asking everyone not to take photos during the ceremony. However, please feel free to take photos during the rest of the weekend, being mindful of those around you when using flash photography.

What food options will be available for people with dietary restrictions?

Answer

We will do our best to plan for all dietary restrictions based on information provided in your RSVP, including but not limited to gluten-free, vegetarian/vegan, and specific allergies.

What is the dress attire?

Answer

Our wedding will be semi-formal attire. We recommend bringing a jacket as the weather near the beach can get chilly.

Travel Accommodations/Affordability

Answer

Prices in Tahoe have started rising significantly. If you are having trouble finding affordable travel accommodations please feel free to reach out to us. We can help find housing for multiple people to share in order to reduce costs.

Are there places to rent baby equipment?

Portable crib with bedding is $15/night with a $45 round trip delivery and pickup. They don’t let you pick it up. If several people are needing stuff, we could probably do one large order.
