What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

We request guests arrive by 5 pm, as the ceremony begins at 5:30 pm.

What time does the welcome party start?

Answer

The welcome party will start at 6pm. All guests are welcome to come & go as their travel schedules allow!

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately, we cannot allow kids due to guest count.

What time does the shuttle bus leave the hotel?

Answer

The buses will leave at 3:45pm on Friday to the venue. Please be ready in the lobby by 3:30pm

What is the ceremony/reception attire?

Answer

We request you dress in Springtime Semi-Formal attire. (ex: light colored suits, ties, florals, pastels, dress shirts, midi dress, maxi dress, heels/kitten heels/wedges etc.)

What is the welcome party attire?

Answer

Casual attire (ex: jeans or shorts and polos, sundresses, skirts, sandals, boots etc.) The theme of the evening will be leaning towards a country vibe. If you would like to dress your Texas best and throw on your boots or cowboy hat, please do!

What are your colors?

The main color is a muted shade of green.

Is the ceremony or reception outdoors?

Answer

No, both the ceremony and reception are indoors. The cocktail hour will be indoor/outdoor depending on weather conditions

Is there a transportation service provided?

Answer

Yes, there is a transportation service provided to and from the French Farmhouse Venue at the Dallas/Plano Marriott at Legacy Town Center hotel ONLY. You may utilize the transportation service even if you are not staying at that location.

What time will the transportation depart to the venue on Friday?

Answer

The buses will arrive and begin loading at 3:30pm and depart at 3:45pm To stay up to date/for more information please plan on checking with the front desk on the day of departure.

Can I uber?

Answer

Drivers may accept rides to the venue, but typically do NOT pick up from the venue. Therefore, we do not recommend relying on Uber/Lyft as your form of transportation to and from the venue.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is a big parking lot for those of you driving yourselves.

Do I have to stay at the hotel block?

Answer

No, but we would recommend staying in the general area of Plano, Frisco or The Colony if you plan to use the transportation service provided from the hotel block location.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Please reach out to us with any serious dietary restrictions so we can try to plan accordingly with our vendors.
