If you're coming from lower elevation, the higher altitude can take a little getting used to! Here are a few tips to help you feel your best: Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate! Altitude can dehydrate you faster than normal—drink lots of water before and during your stay. Take it easy at first. Give your body time to adjust—don’t push yourself too hard the first day or two. Limit alcohol early on. Alcohol can hit harder at higher altitudes, so consider going easy until you’ve acclimated a bit. Listen to your body. If you feel lightheaded or short of breath, slow down and give yourself a break. If you are really having a tough time, we will have some canned oxygen available.
Our venue is a multi tenant space where different businesses share the same building. Once you enter the front door, take the elevator to level 2 and come join the party!
To help us with our planning, we ask that you kindly RSVP by September 6th, 2025. To RSVP, click the RSVP tab at the top and type in one of the names listed on your envelope. If we do not receive your RSVP by the specific date, we will sadly have to mark you as a "no". We will miss celebrating with you but it is imperative we provide our vendors with a final guest count within the time they have given us. Thank you for understanding!
In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP.
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:00 pm. Please allow yourself time to find parking and your seat. Once the ceremony begins, no entrance will be granted.
In order to ensure we are all fully present, we ask that you kindly put your phones away and on silent for an unplugged ceremony. We have hired a wonderful photographer to capture this special moment and would not want to hinder her in doing so. During cocktail hour and reception, please feel free to take as many pictures as you would like. And add them to our shared album!
Each guest will be given one drink token to use at the bar. Which is good for any beer, wine, soda, or signature drink available. Once you have used your token, it will be a cash bar. (cash or credit cards accepted). We want everyone to enjoy the evening and have a great time, but we also want all of our loved ones to make it home safe!
Both the ceremony and reception will be indoors in the same building. You may exit the venue anytime to get some fresh air. The venue is a non-smoking facility. If you need to smoke, use an e-cigarette, or vape, we kindly ask that you step outside to designated areas.
