When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We are so excited to celebrate with those who are able to attend! Please RSVP by May 25th, 2025 if you are invited in person as we will need to tally up our headcount by then to finalize our reception plans. Unfortunately, if we do not receive your RSVP by then, we will not be able to accommodate you 😢 Thank you for understanding!

What should I wear?

Answer

Garden Attire: Feel free to wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues, and fun hats and fascinators. Suits and dresses are requested over casual wear or skirts and blouses.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:30pm before the ceremony starts at 5pm. There will be an announcement to find your seats at 4:45pm so that a runway for the bride to walk down can be rolled out at 4:50pm 😁 Thank you ahead of time for enduring the summer heat for and with us! We are going to do our best to keep the ceremony on time, short, and as cool as possible.

Can I bring a plus one?

We are so happy to be able to share our special day with our families and a few of our close friends. Our guest list has been carefully curated to keep our wedding day as simple and affordable as possible. As much as we wish we could accommodate your special someone, only the name on your invitation is invited to attend the wedding. Thank you so much for understanding! 🫶🏽

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is plenty of parking at the entrance of the venue 🤩 There is however a $5 fee for a Parkpass which is required by the park to be placed in each vehicle. You can buy a Parkpass online or utilize the cash collection box when you get to the venue. The collection box is at the very front of the parking lot as you approach the shelter and has very clear instructions to use.

What food and beverage will be served?

Answer

There will be charcuterie appetizers. Dinner will be pulled pork sandwiches, Mac and cheese, and salad. Due to location restrictions, there will not be any alcohol served but water and iced tea will be available.
