Is there transportation to and from the wedding?

Answer

YES! Transportation will be provided for all guests with two complimentary coach buses offering roundtrip service between the Barley House Hotel (Fort Lauderdale beach) and the venue (Jacaranda Country Club; Plantation). Both buses will depart the hotel promptly at 4:15 PM. At the end of the evening, return trips will be staggered, with buses leaving the venue at 10:30 PM and 11:15 PM.

What is the dress code?

Answer

If we had to pick: Floridian semi-formal with bold colors and fun prints! Men: Linen or light colored suits with a tropical flair; pants and a button down shirt; **Jacket and tie are NOT required** Ladies: Think cocktail dresses or funky jumpsuits with pizazz; throw on the statement earrings and take those crazy shoes for a spin Everyone just look sharp and feel good.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event. Our favorite open bar trick: tip big at the beginning of the evening and keep those drinks flowing for the night!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration. BUT if you want to get a babysitter for a parents fun night out don’t worry… we won’t tell them.
