Allie is Brooke's older sister turned best friend! When Brooke was first born, she told their parents to take her back. But now, Allie is glad they didn't listen. Allie and her growing family live in Michigan together. Go Blue! Allie is an amazing child therapist who works so hard and is so good at what she does. She has always been an inspiration to Brooke. Brooke had the privilege to be Allie's maid of honor, so they are excited to swap the roles! Allie also gave Brooke her favorite person ever (sorry Alex), her niece Lily!
Luke Marx
Best Man
Luke is Alex's favorite (and only) brother. When asked for a funny story with Alex, Luke shared that while at the Lake of the Ozarks at their favorite restaurant they saw there was karaoke so of course they did it. He shared "we somehow decided to sing Boats and H*** from one of our favorite movies Step Brothers. What we hadn't realized was how explicit the lyrics got in the full version. As we looked in horror at the lyrics flashing up on screen we had no other option but to sing them. I was told that this is going on the wedding site so I can't recite any of the lyrics here."
Catherine Lowe
Maid of Honor
Catherine and Brooke were suitemates in college and became instant friends. They had many pre-med classes together, so a lot of their time spent together was studying. But, some of their best memories together include making Oreo balls in their dorms, studying abroad in Ireland, watching silly shows, and speaking in British accents together. Since graduation, they have been able to visit each other in California and KC. Catherine is about to graduate medical school and start her Anesthesiology residency.
Regan Hill

Alex and Regan met on a cold January night in 2016 over a Natural Light in the TKE living room. He shared his funniest memory with Alex was when they were wearing ratty clothes to paint banners, Alex got hot and stripped down to his boxers. When he got up to get a drink, Regan noticed he had a hole in his boxers over a sensitive area. Regan and Alex went on to be roommates during two years of medical school and took turns cooking for each other during the pandemic.

Beth and Brooke instantly clicked as Resident Assistant’s at UCLA. College wouldn’t have been the same without each other and Beth's favorite memory would be more accurately described as their “College Era.” Whether it was RA duty, lifting at the gym, study sessions, dining hall meals, ice cream runs, or reminding everyone we were cousins; everyday felt like an adventure as soon as they met up.
Karim Moursi
Groomsman and brother-in-law of the bride
Karim is Brooke's brother-in-law and the father of Alex's favorite person, Lily. Karim shared that "Alex and I met when my wife and his future sister-in-law Allie met him on FaceTime in a full shark costume. He did not even seem remotely phased by the odd introduction and I immediately knew we would be friends."
Mollie Henry

Mollie and Brooke officially met in medical school, but Mollie's dad and Brooke's uncle have been best friends since high school. Mollie and Brooke never met until medical school, but grew up hearing about the other. Thanks for helping bring them together Brian and Ryan! Their funniest memory together is when they spontaneously bought floor tickets to see Olivia Rodrigo in St. Louis on a Tuesday night after class. They almost ran out of gas on the way home around 1 AM on 1-70, but they made it and it ended up being one of the best nights.
Carter Ross

Carter and Alex met in medical school (s/o Anuraag for the introduction) and are currently co-residents together at MU. When asked for a funny story together, Carter shared a time he had a gathering at his apartment. "While we were hanging out, Jingles (Brooke and Alex’s doggo) was roaming my apartment and decided to take a nap on my bed. Later on after every one left, I go to get in bed and it’s soaking wet. Jingles took a tinkles." Sorry about that, Carter!
Paola Rivera

Paola and Brooke have also been surviving medical school together (barely). Some of Paola's favorite memories with Brooke oddly include entire weekends studying together and finding ways to stay positive and silly amidst the chaotic and daunting days of medical school! Paola and Brooke grew up just a few blocks away, but never knew each other, so most days, they randomly find out they have ANOTHER mutual friend. Don't be fooled by her photo, Paola is very much a cat person. Though her dog, Tequila, is starting to grow on her.
Zach Theiler

Zach and Alex met in the early days of medical school! Though their early days of friendship consisted of a lot of studying, their friendship also includes a lot of golf days, watching football games together, the Marx Halloween party, and watching random YouTube videos together. Zach states his funniest memory with Alex was during COVID, they were celebrating finishing their first year of medical school at Alex’s house when social distancing was still being highly encouraged. Alex gave a toast with the community champagne, and then proceeded to drink the full champagne directly from the bottle.
Farrell Landwehr

Farrell and Brooke also met in medical school. Farrell shared her funniest memory with Brooke: "One night on our way to a bar in Columbia, we were all listening to our favorite hype songs and Brooke queues up Big and Chunky from the Madagascar movie (if you know, you know). I just found it absolutely hilarious because it was so unexpected but honestly Brooke playing that song is such a great representation of her goofy and childlike personality that I love so much!"
Jake Wingate

Alex and Jake met studying for first block med school. Jake states that since he had been out of college for a few years he wasn’t as fresh on biochemistry and felt like Alex was a “guru.” He remembers thinking to himself that he was “too dumb to study with him” until he got to know how genuine Alex was and this formed a lifelong friendship. His favorite memory with Alex was celebrating Mardi Gras and Alex and Zach’s birthdays at Power and Light one year. Of course Alex and Zach decided to ride the bull that night.

Jenn will be Brooke's sister-in-law. When asked her favorite memory together, Jenn states "My favorite memory has been getting to help Brooke pick out her perfect wedding dress! The whole day was so magical and fun, and I’m so grateful to be gaining a sister as amazing as Brooke!"
Conner Clapham

Alex and Conner lived just a few blocks away from each other and went to the same elementary school. Conner said “after knowing him for more than 20 years, he can truly say that Alex is not only a great friend, but probably also his oldest friend.” When asked for his favorite memory with Alex, Conner said “It’s the NFL playoffs 2019 and there’s heavy snow in KC. Alex and I scored some last-second tickets the morning of the game. Alex said he knew a shortcut to Arrowhead but almost got his truck stuck in the snow a couple blocks from the game. We thought we might have to walk the rest of the ways still made it in time to chug a beer, get to our seats, and witness Mahomes’ first playoff win while freezing our butts off.”
