How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Put in your first and last name in the search bar and RSVP ‘yes’ or ‘no’. Please submit your RSVP by September 30th so we can plan accordingly!

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block. Staying on our hotel block is highly encouraged! We have two separate links, one for King Rooms and one for Queen Rooms. The last day to book a hotel block is 9/30/2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive in a Halloween costume. We are here to have fun! Happy Halloween! Please see the Inspiration tab on this website if you are feeling stuck on what to wear.

When should I arrive?

Answer

The doors will be open at 4:30pm. Please arrive on time! Late arrivals will not be accommodated. The ceremony will start promptly at 5:00pm.

Where do I park?

Answer

The Dr. Phillips House rents its own parking garage for events. Parking there is free of charge. The garage is located on 500 Delaney Avenue, Orlando, Fl. 32801.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and dance floor will be outdoors. Dinner will be served inside. Please dress accordingly for Orlando weather in October.

When does the Reception end?

Answer

To adhere to the venue’s guidelines and the county’s noise ordinance, the Reception will end at 10:30pm. All guests must be vacated by 11:00pm.

What if I have Dietary Restrictions?

Answer

Will there be a bar?

Answer

We are offering an open bar during Cocktail Hour and the Reception, with a variety of wine and beer available. Drinks are on us.. but the hangover is on you!

We are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!
