Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, parking is available at the Mountain Clubhouse. We also recommend utilizing the Broadmoor Main Valet on the day of our wedding, where valet service will be free for guests.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, if you park at the Main Hotel or take an Uber, you can use the provided shuttles from the Broadmoor South Tower, which will depart promptly at 4:00 pm. Please arrive 15 minutes early for loading.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony begins. This will give you plenty of time to find parking, settle in, and be seated before everything starts. If you plan to use the Broadmoor shuttle, please arrive at Broadmoor South Tower at 3:45 pm.
