FAQs

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We’ve rented a beautiful estate for the weekend, and you’re welcome to stay with us from the night of November 11 to November 12. If you prefer other accommodation, Calistoga and St. Helena have plenty of nearby hotels and charming inns.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We’d love for you to be fully present during the ceremony, so we kindly ask to keep phones tucked away until the reception — but after that, please take as many photos and videos as you like! 📸

Question

What’s the dress code?

Answer

Think elegant vineyard style — men in black tuxedos or dark suits, and women in soft, natural, vineyard-inspired tones. You can see our mood board for color inspiration here: https://pin.it/6W6QO2fwj

Question

What time should I arrive — for the church or the main ceremony?

Answer

We’ll have two ceremonies on November 11. The first will be a church ceremony, which is completely optional — if you’d like to share this special moment with us, we’d be so happy to see you there. If you prefer to join us later, please feel free to arrive at our Estate in Calistoga around 2:00 PM (a little earlier is perfect too). That’s when our main celebration begins!

Question

What happens after the wedding day?

Answer

On November 12, we’ll have a relaxed after-party at the house with pizza, drinks, and music. You’re warmly invited to stay and enjoy the day with us!

Question

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

The nearest airports are Santa Rosa (STS) and San Francisco (SFO). We recommend renting a car, as it’s the easiest way to get around Napa Valley. *If that’s not possible, please contact us — we’ll help you with transportation options.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

November in Napa Valley is mild and beautiful — usually sunny with cool evenings. We suggest bringing a light jacket or shawl for outdoor events.

Question

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

Yes! There’s plenty of parking available on the property. Please park inside the gates when you arrive.

Question

Can I give a gift that’s not on your registry?

Answer

Of course — feel free! You’re welcome to give anything (or nothing at all!). The most meaningful gift for us is simply having you with us to celebrate this special day.

Question

Will there be transportation between the church and the main venue?

Answer

We recommend driving — the drive is short and scenic! If you need help arranging a ride, just let us know and we’ll help coordinate.

Question

Can I help with anything?

Answer

That’s so kind of you — yes, we’d love your help! If you’d like to lend a hand, feel free to come by on November 10 after 4 pm, the day before the wedding. We’ll be setting up the venue, decorating, and getting everything ready for the big day. It’ll be a fun and relaxed day, and we’d love to have you with us!
