Anastasia & Pramukh

Flowers

Wedding Party

Samantha Bruno

Matron of Honor

Anastasia and I met during our freshman year at UAlbany. We both walked onto the rowing team, and while our time there was brief, we walked away with something lasting—each other. We stuck together through the years as roommates, bonding over our shared love of music, our cultures, good food, and a good time. Almost every conversation leaves with a laugh or new inside joke. No matter how near or far our paths have taken us, we are  forever roommates (and our other halves know it’s true). I’m so proud to stand by my forever roomie as she marries the love of her life!

John Woo

Best Man

I cannot believe I only met the two of you going back only several years. I first met Mukh during medical school orientation. I was walking back to my apartment and saw him and said, "what's up bro." We never looked back. Soon after I met Anastasia when she matriculated into our same alma mater. And what can I say? It's been an adventure with both of them. Pramukh is the most charismatic men (one of the best DMs ever) that I know. Anastasia is one of the most kind, compassionate, and thoughtful women I have ever met. I am sure that I can say for all of us - we are all glad to be part of such a joyous celebration for the two of you and I cannot think of a better match made in heaven. Congratulations, you two. Woo

Kristian Norderhaug

Groomsman

Kristian Norderhaug is one of Pramukh’s Delta Tau Delta fraternity brothers who has been one of his closest friends since they met in 2014. “Nord” currently works as an engineer in Victoria, TX and is an avid skier and gamer.

Sara Li

Bridesmaid

Anastasia and I met way back in in 2010 in high school - particularly when we bumped into each other wandering the halls trying to avoid the same class 🤣 Immediate bestie!! In our defense, they were showing the 1996 Romeo and Juliet with Leonardo Di Caprio where the plot involved guns but still kept to the original Shakespeare script. Life has never been the same. It’s been a blast growing up with this incredible and fun goddess of a human. Let’s get this girl married!!

Nicky DiCarlo

Groomsman

I met Pramukh during our freshman year at UT Dallas, because I played rugby with his roommate. We became closer friends over the course of the subsequent summer semester. With less course work to do, and fewer people on campus, we would frequently pass the time by playing board games, which Pramukh almost always won

Tati Roberts

Bridesmaid

I met Anastasia sophomore year at Ardsley High School. Sara was the one to introduce us. The three of us quickly went from having lunch together to having sleepovers in no time at all. Our 15 years of friendship have been filled with laughter and bagel runs (if you know you know lol). I'm excited to support you on your special day and witness this major milestone! #frompromtobridalera.

Kevin Bass

Groomsman

Kevin met Pramukh in 9th grade at St. Mark’s School of Texas. Both spent 4 years rowing on the SM crew team, sculling on smooth, glistening waters at Craftsbury, Vermont in the summers, and racing synchronously in the same quad boat senior year. After high school, Pramukh and Kevin remained close, spending their time together tossing cubes and waging war as companions or adversaries in Axis and Allies and Twilight Imperium. Pramukh has also served as Kevin’s dungeon master on many occasions, transporting the team into a rich universe filled with adventure, story-telling, and imagination. They share their love for history, military tactics, and gaming over a hearty meal of Texas BBQ, Mediterranean food, or Taiwanese soup noodles.

Michele Reina

Bridesmaid

Anastasia and I met during our freshman year at SUNY Albany, instantly bonding over our love of adventure, shared sense of humor, and the excitement of navigating our first year away from home. Since then, our friendship has been filled with unforgettable experiences—from camping trips to long runs to relaxing spa days—always making the most of every moment together. Through the years, we’ve supported each other through different stages of life, and I’ve always admired Anastasia’s kindness, intelligence, and unwavering dedication to her family and friends. I’m truly grateful for our friendship and beyond excited to stand by her side on this special day!

Karan Bhakta

Groomsman

We first met and became friends during the summer in between our first and second year of medical school after you slid into my DMs replying to my post. We quickly became friends after realizing we shared many common interests including target shooting, cowboy boots, and getting swole at the gym.

Lena Plank

Bridesmaid

Anastasia was my first friend in college!!! We met at the candlelight ceremony that we were both forced to go to by our RA. On the walk over she started talking to me and it was an instant bond. We have been close ever since! I was so lucky that she lived right across the hall! 💕

Ryan Wattar

Groomsman

I met Pramukh back in 2016 at UTD. We became friends while in the Delta Tau Delta fraternity. With several instances of brotherhood we have remained friends to this day.

Lauren Schiff

Bridesmaid

We met through our pre-medical fraternity, where she was my grand-big, but she quickly became more than just a mentor—she became a lifelong friend. She guided me through the challenges of preparing for medical school, always offering wisdom, encouragement, and a much-needed sense of humor. Beyond academics, we shared incredible adventures, from celebrating St. Patrick’s Day in Dublin to exploring Kyiv, where she showed me the beauty of her hometown. Through every challenge and every adventure, she has been the most supportive, kind-hearted, and inspiring friend, and I am so honored to stand by her side on her special day.

David Hager

Groomsman

On their first day of medical school Pramukh and David met each other while in line for new student orientation. From that moment on a brotherhood was formed between the two! A few of David's favorite memories with Pramukh include journeying with the Chaos Crew in Soltauriel (D&D), traveling to LA to see Kaskade perform, and the many "bro-downs" they had which helped them endure medical school! David considers Pramukh a best friend and brother; he is honored to serve as Sai's groomsmen! Early on in their friendship the guys introduced Anastasia and Anjali (David's wife) to eachother; and now Anjali is also a bridesmaid in the happy couple's wedding! It is safe to say the two couples will continue to make lasting memories together. David and Anjali wish Anastasia and Pramukh a long and happy marriage together!

Shanen Jean

Bridesmaid

Anastasia and I met during our first year of med school together while reviewing for an upcoming OMM exam. She and I immediately hit it off as we made up ridiculous mnemonics and silly stories to try and cram to memorize all the chapman points. Our first meeting speaks to her quick wit and her ability to find a beautiful balance to life's chaos by infusing joy and humor into even the most mundane tasks. She is brilliant, warm, and an all around beautiful person, both inside and out. I am so excited to celebrate you and Pramukh and your beautiful love!

Rajya Atluri

Bridesmaid

Anastasia is not just my future sister-in-law—she’s already family. From the moment we met, her warmth and kindness made it clear how special she is. Whether it’s laughing over fun dinners with Pramukh or exploring the city together, she brings so much joy into all of our lives. I’m so excited to officially welcome her into the family and celebrate this new chapter!

Julia Kern

Bridesmaid

We met during our first year of medical school while you were class VP and I was the Global Health Rep for Student Government Association, but we became especially close during the trauma that was 2nd year. From daily studying and clinical rotations to local concerts and a Vegas trip to celebrate our graduation—I am incredibly grateful to have grown so close to you in those 4 years!

Rachel Carpenter

Bridesmaid

Anastasia and I met our first week of starting our masters program at UVM. Our friendship started with runs in the Vermont summer and evolved into many a study sesh and late night karaoke adventure. We bonded over pics of her gorgeous puppy and bright orange car and in between cupcake birthday surprises found a lifelong friendship. 💕

Anjali Hager

Officiant

Anjali and I met back in 2020 when I was visiting Pramukh at Midwestern University. Pramukh and David, her husband and Pramukh’s groomsman, became friends the first day of medical school. Anjali first met both of us when we went double-date hiking to Devils Bridge in Sedona. Ever since, we’ve been hiking, double-date, concert, travel buddies, and four best buddies!

Kevin Miller

Officiant

Anastasia and I first met at UAlbany on the club rowing team, but it wasn’t until towards the end of college we became really close friends. We spent a ton of time hanging out with our friends Sam and Joe. From the dorms to parties to frandsgiving to taking a trip to Montreal together, the four of us developed such a close friendship that is still going strong over a decade later. Anastasia has always been a fun and genuine friend and I am excited to help celebrate the next chapter of her life with P-daddy.

Angelina Pollen

Ring Bearer

We met after Joe and I began to date and he wanted to introduce me to some of his closest friends. From there, we’ve done several NYC outings as well as outdoor activities together.

Joe Phillips

Ring Bearer

We met on the first night of freshman year of college. And became friends the following year we were randomly assigned to rooms right down the hall from one another until finally we decided to live together as suitemates for the last two years.
