What is the best way to get from downtown Nashville to the venue?

Answer

A shuttle will run between the Hampton Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown Capitol View and the venue. The shuttle is available for everyone, even those not staying at the hotel, you just need to find your own way to the hotel parking lot.

Can I plan on using rideshare services to and from the ceremony?

Answer

While the venue is only 25 minutes outside of Nashville, we encourage everyone to plan on using the shuttle services, since the cell signal at the venue is unreliable. If rideshares are your desired way to get back and forth, we recommend coordinating a pickup time with your driver for after the reception.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have any dietary restrictions, please note them with your RSVP. While the menu is fixed, certain toppings/sauces may be left off to accommodate your requests.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

For those driving, there is an abundance of parking at the venue for the entirety of the event.
