Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to the size and lodging accommodations we are limiting our guest list to those listed on the invites.

What is the food situation?

We are having a buffet style with a taco bar as well as a baked potato bar.

Is there an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will have two specialty drinks as well as a limited selection of beers, wines, and liquors.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We are asking that guests avoid the color purple as this is reserved for the wedding party, as well as avoiding jeans. We are going for a cocktail/semi-formal attire. This includes cocktail dresses, summer dresses, etc. For the men we recommend khakis and a sports coat or dress pants with a dress shirt and tie.

What can we expect weather wise?

Answer

May in Linden is usually decently warm with a good amount of wind. Rain is possible, and we have a plan B for the ceremony if it does decide to rain. The reception is occurring indoors.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bride and groom will be taking pictures with their wedding party and family. During this time, feel free to head to the reception area for some cocktails and snacks.

What time should I arrive?

With the ceremony beginning at 3pm CST, we kindly requests all guests have taken a seat by 2:45 CST. There will be a dirt parking lot at the bottom of the property, a "shuttle" has been arranged to get people from the parking area to the venue space.

When is the RSVP deadline?

We kindly ask that all RSVPs be filled out by March 15th 2026 so we can provide the most accurate numbers to our vendors.

Can I take pictures during the ceremony with my phone?

Answer

We kindly request that no devices be used during the ceremony. We have hired two photographers to capture our special day and would be happy to share any pictures with you. We would like for our photographs to have your beautiful faces, and not your devices in them.

What is the schedule for the day?

Answer

Our ceremony will take approximately 45 minutes. From there the reception area will open, including drinks and snacks. The couple, along with their family and wedding party, will take pictures for about an hour. The reception start time will be 5:30 pm CST. We will continue reception activities until around 9pm CST. After that we will start slowly bringing our celebration to a close.

During the ceremony, we ask that you leave the first row open to family, the rest of the seating is first come first serve.

We have created a seating chart which will be visible when entering the reception space. We kindly ask that you remain at the table assigned during dinner and speeches. We worked hard to assign our seats, and we understand that it may not be exactly how you would prefer to be seated, however, to keep organization, we request that you do not change tables.

Am I allowed to bring my pet?

Answer

We kindly ask that no animals be brought, we will have our two sweet boys on the property, and out for photographs. As this day will be stressful for them, we would like to avoid adding additional stress.

What footwear is appropriate for the venue?

Answer

The venue is located on Anastasia's parents property. We will be outside on the grass, dirt, and gravel, because of this, we recommend wearing flats or wedges as opposed to heels.

Dietary Restrictions

Answer

We have several guest with gluten allergies, and thus we will keeping all gluten items separate in order to keep our loved ones safe. If you have an additional dietary restriction that we need to be aware of, please reach out to me at (904)-955-1569.
