We are moving forward rain or shine so please wear weather-appropriate attire. The ceremony will be about 15 minutes, with byo picnic-style seating. PARKING: While there is free parking close to the tower around Baker Park, it's first-come first-serve. Please park in the Caroll Creek Garage at 44 E Patrick St, Frederick, MD 21701 and carpool over. THE WALK: after the ceremony, we are strolling along the creek to Tenth Ward. This is about a 1/2 mile scenic walk. If you would like a ride from Baker Park to Tenth Ward please let us know.
