We met on a hike at Foothill Regional Park in Windsor, California. Sam didn’t ask for my number that day, thinking I wasn’t interested. But months later, after some encouragement from friends, I downloaded a dating app—and there he was! We reconnected and went on another hike, this time in Novato, California. That’s when we both knew we’d found something special. From there, our love grew quickly, and we’ve been inseparable ever since.
