Shuttles will be picking up guests from: Holiday Inn Express @ 4:45 pm Omni @ 5:00 pm Boar's Head Resort @ 5:05 pm Getting back: Shuttles will depart the venue at 9:30 PM, 10:30 PM, with the final shuttle leaving at 11:45 PM.

This block has a 3 night minimum (check in on September 5, 2025 with a check out date of September 8, 2025). If you need a reservation for before or after these dates, or if you need to book more than two rooms, please call them at the number below to speak with a Reservation agent and, have them reference Turin-Odenwaldt Wedding Room Block. The Code for our block is 432.

For guests flying in, this is the local (and closest) airport. From there, it’s a 20 minute drive to Downtown Charlottesville.
