Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes, if not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

When you RSVP, you will find a box to let us know if there are any dietary restrictions we should know of, including food allergies. We will do our best to accommodate any restrictions and make your dish allergy-safe.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

We will not be proving transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony for guests. However, Stella Maris Church is only a 15 minute car ride from El Convento Hotel and is easily accessible via taxi or ride share service.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Stella Maris Church has free parking in a lot adjacent to the Church. For the ceremony, Hotel El Convento Parking has valet parking right across the street from the hotel (based upon availability). There are also various self-parking garages in Old San Juan. The closest ones to the hotel are: Ballajá Parking Garage (3 blocks away) and Cochera Parking Garage (5 blocks away).

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code for both the ceremony and reception is strict black-tie. This means floor-length gowns and tuxedos.
