Schedule for Private Shuttle Service to/from Reception

All shuttles will depart from their designated location by 4:45pm. Any wedding guest is welcome to use the shuttles! Shuttles will pick up guests from hotels and bring them to Early Mountain Vineyards for the wedding reception. Shuttles will return guests to hotels at the conclusion of the reception. HOTEL PICK UP TIMES & LOCATIONS: Fairfield Inn & Suites Charlottesville Downtown/University Area 401 Cherry Avenue, Charlottesville, VA 22903 Departs at 4:45pm Hampton Inn and Suites Charlottesville-At the University 900 W Main Street, Charlottesville, VA 22903 Departs at 4:45pm University Baptist Church (ideal for guests staying at The Draftsman Hotel or other downtown hotels or Airbnbs) 1223 W Main Street, Charlottesville, VA 22903 Departs at 4:45pm EARLY MOUNTAIN VINEYARD DEPARTURE TIMES: 9:45pm EARLY departure shuttle: There will be an early shuttle departing from the reception at 9:45pm to shuttle back any interested guests to each of the designated hotels. 12:00am FINAL shuttle: All shuttles will be departing the reception by 12am to shuttle any interested guests back to each of the designated hotels. This shuttle will also take guests to the After Party located at The Ridley restaurant (attached to The Draftsman Hotel).
