Driving In

New York and New Jersey: Take the Hutchinson River Parkway North to the Merritt Parkway North (Route 15). In Meriden, CT, follow I-91N to Route 9 (exit 22S) into Middletown. In Middletown, take Route 66E (Exit 16) over the Arrigoni Bridge into Portland. Continue to follow Route 66E approximately 4.5 miles from the bridge. The entrance to Saint Clements Castle is on the right side of Route 66. From Hartford, CT: Take I-91S to Route 9 (exit 22S) in Cromwell. Follow Route 9S into Middletown. In In Middletown, take Route 66E (Exit 16) over the Arrigoni Bridge into Portland. Continue to follow Route 66E approximately 4.5 miles from the bridge. The entrance to Saint Clements Castle is on the right side of Route 66.
