This dinner will be for the parents/grandparents, the wedding party and their partners only, following the rehearsal walkthrough.
Saturday, December 6, 2025
Pickup in Lobby
3:15 pm
Guests will meet at the main lobby and a shuttle will pickup guests at 3:15pm and bring them to the ceremony location.
Ceremony
4:00 pm
Beach Semi-Formal
Wooden walkway to chairs in sand (mind your heels)!
Cocktail hour
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Following the ceremony, cocktails and appetizers will be served on the beach with live music. The shuttle will then take guests back to the lobby where guests can enjoy the lobby bar or swing by their rooms as they wait for shuttle pickup to the reception location.
Reception
7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
The reception will be held at an open air bar/restaurant. Following the wedding and cocktail hour at the beach, a shuttle will pick guests up from the lobby for transfer to the reception location.
After Party
