How Do I Book?

We have negotiated a special group rate at the Horseshoe Bay Resort where all events will take place. Please check the "Accommodations" tab and click "View"

How Will I get around the Resort?

Answer

Since the property is spread out, there will be shuttle service that comes around every few minutes to take you from one part of the resort to the other.

Question

Will I get to use the resort pools since it's November?

Answer

Texas weather is confusing, we know. It could be very hot or very cold - but the resort does have Pools that are heated for your use!

What is the parking situation at Horseshoe Bay Resort?

Answer

We know many of you will be bringing your cars - there is complimentary parking for guests. For those that prefer valet there is a fee.
