Things to do and Recommendation places to stay
Hotels: Art Hotel Commercianti Casa Bertagni Grand Hotel Majestic ($$$) Somethings to do: Definitely try out Pizza Maggorie (they do movies and theater in the piazza often in the summer). Ravenna, Parma (cheese factory!) and Modena (balsamic vinegar vineyards!) are all great day trips. Florence is an under an hour train ride.
