Well, hello everyone! Welcome to our fairy tale. I Ana, sit here typing this and you can sure bet Greg is hanging sideways on the couch, watching anime while babbling "Fiancé Fiancé!" over and over. For those of you who don't know my name is 'Analys' (ana-le-se) but don't call me that. Thats right all you weird Puerto Rican's call me "Ana". For those of you who call Greg, "Greg", call him Gregory. I feel like I'm writing a Junie B. Jones book. So, the tale of us, it was the darkest of days when we met. Greg was that quiet grumpy looking Chef who kept really aggressively bringing food to the pass. And as he says, 'you were this cute training server tasting all the food quietly, which really means your resting bitch face was in full eftect as you stood there stiff as a brick not saying a word, internally having a panic attack. We went on to barely speak for a few months, a couple of eyerolls here, a couple of judgy agreements there. Then one night, we were all at our shanty industry bar and he put his arm around me and said…..slurred? "You're AMAZING", I hissed at him and said, "get away".As the night went by, he kept smiling at me and I kept hissing at him. Fast forward a couple months later, in that very same bar, after several Jamo gingers and some nachos I DM'd him and said "Hey, I think I like you". To which, he opened, immediately closed and ignored! For what felt like an hour, but I'm told is "minutes", whatever. A short time later, we'd made it. We traveled, we danced, we did the things. One sunny morning in Mexico, at approximately 10AM, after 7 drinks and 7 shots, one poker game with "sexy Alex", we decided that we really did want forever with one another. Nine months later Nolan Giovanni Giebler was born. Now, six long months later Nolan and I sit on the counter playing peek-a-boo while, Greg rolls out pasta, and I suddenly shout, "OMG WHERE'S MY RING". Family and Friends thank you for your support, even when you thought ‘these guys are insane’. Patty, thank you for screaming "OH FUCK", when you opened our pregnancy announcement. Javier, thank you for saying "No you're not" when we gave you our first sonogram. We love you all endlessly, and may we continue to keep you all on your toes.
