In October of 2009, C.J. and I both attended MTSU. One day I was hanging out with my friends outside of the KUC and C.J. walked up to my friends (that he knew) and asked if we wanted to buy tickets to the Black and Gold Pageant. I told him that I would like a ticket and he replied that he was out, but wanted to take my number to let me know when he got more in. Let's just say I never got a ticket to the Black and Gold Pageant.

On Mother's Day of 2019, C.J. and family surprised me with a get together. C.J. said the sweetest speech then got down on one knee and proposed to me with my mother's wedding ring! I said "Of Course!" It has been a long time coming and we can't wait to celebrate this day with you!
