What date should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP no later than June 22nd, 2026.

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Answer

The doors to the venue will open one hour ahead of our ceremony time at 4:15. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 15-20 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to and find a seat.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Shuttle services will be available to and from Hampton Inn Massillon and Peacock Ridge. There will be 2 pick up times at Hampton Inn Massillon before the ceremony at 3:30 PM and 4:00 PM. Services back to Hampton Inn Massillon will start at 8:30 PM and the last shuttle will leave Peacock Ridge at 11:15 PM.

Is there parking available near the wedding venue?

Answer

For guests within driving distance of the venue, there is free on-site parking. Cars can be left in the parking lot over night, but must be picked up by 11 AM the following morning.

Will the wedding be outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. The reception will take place indoors. Outside activities will be available during cocktail hour and the reception including corn hole and a fire!

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

Answer

While we love your children, we’ve decided to have an adults-only celebration. Thank you for making arrangements.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Cocktail attire, semi formal or dressy casual attire! Please do not wear jeans or white dresses. For the girls, there is a slope to the reception area when walking, please chose your footwear appropriately.
