Not many people know this, but our love story started how most millennials meet in this day and age - on a dating app. Sorry Mom! While we both went to CCHS, we were in different years and ran in different circles so we never had an opportunity to really meet. We matched in October of 2018 and it almost felt like fate when just a week later we randomly ran into each other on Halloween night. We were both head over heels and just couldn't get enough of each other - a fact further proved on our first date that started at Sunset Cliffs and somehow lasted 14 hours. A spark had been lit that neither one of us could ignore.

I proposed to Analisa almost two years from the day we first met. The sparks that were set on that Halloween night quickly grew into a burning confidence that we had each found our soulmate and life partner. Deciding to spend the rest of my life with Analisa was easy, but I knew the difficult part would be orchestrating a proposal for someone as extremely attentive as her. While it took months of planning (and sweating) with the help of our family and friends, we were engaged on October 24th, 2020 at Sunset Cliffs. Little did we know that our 14 hour first date would begin at the same place as where we'd start our journey to forever.
