How do I RSVP?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, the dress code is Cocktail Causal. No fancy suits or dresses needed. Polos and slacks are just fine. Dresses are fine doesn't need to be super fancy. We do ask that you don't dress in neon colors. Try and match our color scheme which is earthy greens and browns, dark blues and light pinks.

How do I get to the venue?

Answer

You can get a rental car or Uber/Lyft. We do recommend using an Uber or Lyft especially if you plan on drinking. The ceremony is held at the Aspen Wedding Terrace.

When can we start arriving to the venue?

Answer

You can start arriving at 5:30pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 6pm. Anyone late will not be allowed in the ceremony. You can still come to the reception.

If I have my own car can I park at the venue?

Yes, there is parking available at the venue.

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

Phones are allowed during the ceremony. We ask that you have them silent. If you can see the photographer in your picture/video we ask that you put your phone down as soon as you notice.

What is the menu?

Answer

Dinner is going to be buffet style. There will be Alaskan Cod with Grape Tomato Vinaigrette (GF), Rosemary Garlic Herb Chicken (GF, DF), and Roast Beef Au Jus (GF) served with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

If you have allergies, please try to let us know ASAP so we can communicate with the staff.

What if I get sick from the altitude?

We will be providing oxygen for people who feel short of breath during the party.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you didn't have a slip in your envelope stating, you got a plus one then no you can't bring a date. Please communicate with us if you feel like you should have gotten a plus one but didn't.

Can I bring my kids?

Answer

No, we ask that you don't bring any children under 13. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, there will be an open bar the whole reception.

Do we have to stay the whole night?

Answer

No, you don't have to stay the whole night. As we would love for you to be there the whole night, we aren't going to hold you hostage. we won't hold a grudge either.
