How do I get there?
Answer
If you are out of town, the closest airport to the wedding location will be the Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR). All the hotels listed on our accommodation page are within walking distance of the venue. Some offer transportation from the airport and some don't. Please verify you have transportation from the airport to your hotel. If you choose to drive, there are parking lots with plenty of space available around the venue.

What time should I arrive?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:30 p.m. Please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow ample time to park and find your seat.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
We'd love to see our family and friends dress up for our big day. Dress code is cocktail attire. No jeans, please.

Can I bring a guest or date?
Answer
We are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your invitation. If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. We would love for our wedding to be an intimate event with close family and friends. Thank you for understanding.

Can I bring my own adult beverages?
Answer
We are supplying alcohol and have a bartending service that will handle all beverages. Due to our venue's policy and regulations, you are not permitted to bring any alcoholic beverages on the premise.

Can I take pictures?
Answer
We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning no phones or cameras. The greatest gift you can give us is being full present as we say "I do." We have hired professionals to capture this moment for us and promise to share our photos as soon as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you'd like! Please scan the QR Code that will be placed throughout the venue to share your pictures with us!
