Pike Place Market
A MUST visit when in Seattle, Pike Place Market will keep your bellies and hearts full with its countless artisan shops, fresh produce (Jason's new favorite place for groceries!), flower stands and small eateries. It is also the site of the world's first Starbucks where you can grab your morning cup of coffee, but beware of the line!
Space Needle
Located adjacent to Chihuly Garden and Glass, the Space Needle is Seattle's most recognizable landmark where you can enjoy 360-degree views of the city, as long as you brave the quick 43-second, 600-foot elevator ride to the top.
Pioneer Square
Explore art galleries, coffee shops and trendy bars in one of the oldest and most historic neighborhoods in Seattle. Swing by Occidental Park for a lively scene or buy tickets to the Underground Tour to learn more about the city's intriguing history.
The Great Wheel
Kind of like our very own London Eye. Take a ride in the iconic ferris wheel located in the heart of Seattle's waterfront district and experience aerial views of the city and Olympic Mountains.
Bainbridge Island
A ~30 minute ferry ride from the Seattle waterfront, Bainbridge Island is a relaxed, lively arts community and serves as a great day activity. Visit charming boutiques, galleries and restaurants gathered along Winslow Way, the island's main hub.
Gas Works Park
A popular public park located on the north shore of Lake Union. Enjoy a picnic with beautiful water views and a lively scene - especially on a sunny day. Golden Gardens Park in Ballard is another great option.
Seattle Art Museum
A cool Seattle visual art institution with global collections and powerful exhibitions. Visit the nearby Olympic Sculpture Park, an outdoor sculpture museum and beach also operated by the SAM.
Museum of Pop Culture
Built by the late Paul Allen and located near the Space Needle, the museum is a fun visit for music and pop culture lovers alike.
