Is the host resort all-inclusive?

Answer

YES! Hard Rock Los Cabos is an all-inclusive resort. Food and Drinks are included in your stay (including alcohol). In addition, most of the rooms in our room block are ocean view.

Question

What are the minimum amount of days to book for the room block?

Our group rates require a 3 night minimum stay. Please contact Jennifer Canelas at Josietraveltours@gmail.com for more information.

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

We know Cabo is a long way to travel, so if you would like to make the trip a family vacation, children are welcome to attend the wedding. Children ages 4-12 are $61 per child/night. Children ages 13-17 are $122 per child/night. Please contact Jennifer Canelas at Josietraveltours@gmail.com to add children to the reservation.

Reservation Payment

Answer

Booking through the link (JosieTravel will provide) requires guests to make a $200 deposit. Final payment will be due upon hotel check in.

Reservation Cancellation and Refunds

Answer

The $200 deposit is refundable when cancelling more than 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations received 45 days to 14 days prior to arrival, a 2 night penalty will be charged. Cancelling within 2 weeks of arrival is non refundable.

Making Reservation Changes

Answer

After making a reservation through the group link, you will receive an email confirmation. In the email, there will be a link to make modifications, including cancelling your reservation. You can change the room category or number of nights up to 45 days prior to arrival date based on availability.
